Cutting and Gutting Machine

For tail cutting, de- heading and automatic gutting of the product.

The fish is placed manually in the buckets and the machine performs the tail cutting and the de- heading of the fish with knives.

Afterwards, the evisceration is carried out by suction through a vacuum pump (additional equipment) and finished by washing the fish with water under pressure.
