Available with one or two heads versions, it reaches speed up to 90 cans / minute for each head (depending on the size of the fish and the format).
The machine, once the fish located in the buckets, cuts the head and tail by means of blades, guts by suction with the installation of a vacuum pump (additional equipment) and by means of a mechanical system, transfers the fish until the can, leaving it ready for cooking.
